Greg leads MAYA’s Strategy practice, where he develops strategic programs aimed at helping organizations address complexity head-on, with speed and agility. He has worked with leaders across a wide range of industries—from healthcare, manufacturing, defense and technology—to learn by doing. Greg has worked at MAYA since 2008 where he led and contributed to scores of design projects focused on product and service design, experience blueprinting, user research, and creating software for PCs, the Web, and mobile devices.
Greg frequently speaks at conferences and workshops about the practice of strategy and design. He is also a lead instructor for LUMA Institute, where he teaches people how to drive innovation within their organizations by employing the methods of human-centered design.
Greg is a Nebraska native and former Marine. Prior to joining MAYA, Greg worked for BNY Mellon, where he led a team of designers focused on enterprise-wide branding and digital strategy.
