February 20, 2012 in Notes from the Field

Both Craftsman® and LiftMaster® brands captured lots of attention at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) for their Apps to control and monitor a garage door remotely by smartphone or computer. MAYA helped design these powerful yet simple user interfaces. Brian Cooley (CNET’s “Top 5” host) remarked from the CES trade floor on the Craftsman and LiftMaster Apps in an interview segment for CNN’s Morning Express, “Here’s one that I would get.” Also from the CES trade floor, Derek Voigt of Craftsman describes the simple set up of the Craftsman’s AssureLink system during an interview by Tom Moccia of BuyMeAnIPhone.com. The LiftMaster product was featured in the online gallery, CES Unveiled, published online by Cult of Mac.
